    MEGALAND HOTEL a four star business hotel, centrally located in the heart of Solo city, with 101 rooms, restaurant, swimming pool, and ballroom, is seeking candidates to join our dynamic team as : 

    1. PUBLIC RELATION STAFF(Code : PR) 
    2. FRONT DESK AGENT (Code : FDA) 
    3. SENIOR ENGINEER (Code : SE) 
    4. EXECUTIVE SALES (Code : ES)

    PUBLIC RELATION STAFF(Code : PR) 

    • Male or Female, age max 35 years old 
    • 1-2 years PR experience, preferably in an agency environment. 
    • Must have prior experience working in a large PR agency on large accounts/clients 
    • Strong public relations skills, including press releases, media relations, backgrounders, communication strategies, pitches, etc. 
    • Has capability to handle standard media inquiries, research and monitor Client's business and industry to maintain a current knowledge base. 
    • Proactively develop relationships with external audiences (media, third party constituencies, etc.) to convey the Client's message. 
    • Excellent in English both in verbal and written is a must 
    • Excellent in presentation both in preparing the material and presentation skill, preparing report, database, spreadsheet, work organizing, client relations, and event organizing 
    • Willing to work overtime, under pressure & multi tasking. 
    • Has a strong leadership, excellent communication skill, and able to work under pressure 

    FRONT DESK AGENT (Code : FDA) 

    • Female 
    • Min. Education D1 
    • Computer skill : minimum office programs 
    • Experience in the same position min 1 year 
    • Good communication in English both verbal & written 
    • Hardworking and enthusiastic personalityActractive, Energic, eigel and nimble, have good performance and well grooming 

    SENIOR ENGINEER (Code : SE) 

    • Min D3 graduate in relevant studies 
    • Relevant experience min 3 years 
    • Experience in hospitality industry is preferred 
    • Leadership quality and supervisory skills 
    • Dynamic, energetic and enthusiastic personality 
    • Honest, sincere, dedicated 

    EXECUTIVE SALES (Code : ES) 

    • Male 
    • Minimum Diploma III (D3) with Hotel & Tourism Background 
    • Having minimum 2 years experience in similiar position preferably from Hotel 
    • Have acknowledge about banquet product and system 
    • Familiar with function room regulation is a must 
    • Understanding of Basic Finance and Rooms Forecasting an advantage 
    • Must have achieved a track record of achieving sales target in current and previous organizations 
    • Highly motivated, full initiative & team work oriented
